I would like to say that I thought you did a great job this year getting the snow moved off the laneway. You came by when you said you would be here and that was helpful so I knew I could count on being able to get my car out when I needed it. When you or your employees were here in the middle of the night, you were respectful of me and my neighbors and were very quiet in doing the shoveling.
